Unconditional money-back guarantee: ExecuSystems will issue a partial credit, full refund, or equal exchange up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

Call or email Customer Care to receive a Return Authorization Number. This number will help speed the return process and make sure your account is properly credited. Ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the boxes being returned.

ExecuSystems will refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping and any taxes within 7 business days of the receipt of return merchandise. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. There are no re-stocking fees.

ExecuSystems may elect to repair or replace any products not under warranty without waiving any rights. ExecuSystems disclaims any warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranty of merchantability and the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Liability for consequential damages arising from negligence or other causes related to the design and use of the products is hereby excluded.
